Hartzog Consulting is a project and event management firm specializing in the design and execution of high-impact experiences, strategic initiatives, and community-centered programs. We partner with corporations, foundations, and public-sector organizations to plan, manage, and deliver work that requires precision, discretion, and disciplined execution.

Founded by Carlisha M. Hartzog, MBA, the firm was built on a simple premise: that exceptional outcomes are driven by thoughtful planning, structured processes, and a deep understanding of the people and communities being served.

Over the past 12 years, Hartzog Consulting has led more than 130 events and project management initiatives across 24 states. Our work spans executive convenings, national conferences, supplier and economic development summits, multi-city community activations, and high-profile engagements tied to major moments such as the Super Bowl. We have partnered with organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Centene Corporation, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Boeing, and Southern Company. In 2015, the firm was awarded with the Jack Davis Professional Achievement Award by the University of Alabama for recognition of professional achievements in the fields of Human Environmental Sciences.
